Eligibility:
Boys or Girls ages 4-18
Participation Fees:
At the time of registration, all players must pay $130 (U6-U8) or $165 (U10-U19). We will not place your child on a team until full payment is received or a payment plan is approved. There will be NO REFUNDS of participation fees unless we cannot place your child on a team.
Scholarships:
Scholarships are limited and cover up to half of the program fee, based on income. See details below.
Divisions:
The teams are divided into 6 divisions by area of town: U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U19. Boys and girls have separate divisions.

Commitment :
Players may expect at least one hour of practice and one game per week.
Coaches will contact team players in early June to notify them of practice and game dates and times.
U6 and U8 play one game per week. Boys play games Mondays OR Wednesdays and girls play games Tuesdays OR Thursdays. Practice days and times are to be determined by the coaches.
U10 and older play two games per week, boys on Mondays & Wednesdays and girls on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Practice minimum of once per week, days and times are to be determined by the coaches.
No Friday or weekend commitment.
Equipment:
Boys & Girls Clubs will provide a game jersey, shorts and socks for all players. Players must provide shin guards and shoes. Shin guards are required to participate in practices and games. Cleats must be molded rubber or plastic.
Sponsorship:
Each team is responsible for a $350 sponsorship fee. Sponsorship fees help us keep registration fees low.
Coaches:
We need volunteer coaches for this season. If you are interested, you must fill out a coaching application and pass a background check. Head coaches who have a child participating will be refunded their player fee once they bring in a team sponsor.

Please Note:
All payment plans and scholarships must be applied for in person at the Athletics Department. All scholarships require 30 days income verification via your 2009 tax return information. All payments made towards Athletic Programs are non-refundable unless you fall within one (1) of the two (2) categories listed below:
Placement:
If Boys & Girls Clubs is unable to place your child on a team a full refund of fees will be processed to the person(s) who made the original payment. We do our very best to accommodate requests for specific placement of participants. If we are unable to accommodate the specific request, but we are able to place the participant on a team, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Medical:
If a medical condition occurs preventing your child from participating or completing the sport/program a written letter from the doctor/medical institution must be provided to validate the refund request. The refund will be prorated based on the time your child participated in the program.
