Please note:  Center MAY close on Municipal, State and Federal election days if Covid continues to be a 2021 safety risk.

Weather Policy

If the Anchorage School District closes due to weather conditions, all Boys & Girls Club childcare programs, including the Child Development Center will be closed. If schools are operating on a delay, all Boys & Girls Club Programs will operate on the same delay.  If after school activities are cancelled, a decision to close or remain open will be made on a case-by-case situation.

Boys & Girls Clubs Child Development Center announces its participation in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program administered by the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development. Meals will be made available to enrolled children at no separate charge without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
